eBantuanJKM 2.0 is the new online welfare assistance application system by JKM. It allows Malaysian citizens to apply for various types of welfare assistance without needing to visit a JKM office in person.
Malaysian citizens who require welfare assistance and meet the eligibility criteria set by JKM. Eligibility criteria vary depending on the type of assistance applied for. Generally, applicants must be low-income and in need of financial support.
You can register in two ways: (1) Using MyDigitalID for automatic identity verification, or (2) Registering with an email address and password. After registration, you will need to complete your personal profile information.
Applications are typically processed within 14 working days after all required documents have been received. Application status can be checked through the portal at any time via the "My Applications" page.
Not necessarily. Most of the application process can be done online. However, JKM officers may need to conduct a home investigation visit as part of the assessment process.
Log in to the eBantuanJKM 2.0 portal and click on the "My Applications" menu. You can view the current status of your application including the reference number, application date, and any feedback from JKM officers.
Basic documents required include: copies of MyKad for the applicant and family members, income statement, latest utility bills, bank account statement, and medical report (if applicable). The full list of documents can be found on the Assistance Info page.
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter the email address you registered with and you will receive a link to reset your password via email.
